Slow-Cooker-Spicy-Shredded-Mexican-Chicken-2

Ingredients

  • 500g Chicken fillet
  • 1 tsp Garlic & ginger paste
  • 1 Tbsp orange pepper spice
  • 3 Tbsp Mexican Chicken Marinade
  • Oil for cooking
  • ¼ cup fresh cream
  • 1 Tbsp parsley

Method

  • Marinate the chicken with garlic and ginger paste and orange pepper spice.
  • Add oil to a pot and cook the marinated chicken until done.
  • Add the Mexican Chicken Marinade and fresh cream, then simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve with savoury rice.
