Ingredients
- 500g Chicken fillet
- 1 tsp Garlic & ginger paste
- 1 Tbsp orange pepper spice
- 3 Tbsp Mexican Chicken Marinade
- Oil for cooking
- ¼ cup fresh cream
- 1 Tbsp parsley
Method
- Marinate the chicken with garlic and ginger paste and orange pepper spice.
- Add oil to a pot and cook the marinated chicken until done.
- Add the Mexican Chicken Marinade and fresh cream, then simmer for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with savoury rice.
