Ingredients:
- 7 almonds
- 5 pistachios
- 4 cashew nuts
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 5 makhanas
- 1 large date
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 tbsp oats
- 5 frozen strawberries
- 1 medium banana
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- ¾ cup ice
Directions:
• Soak the almonds, pistachios and cashew nuts in water for at least 30 min. Overnight preferred. Then drain the water.
• Soak the chia seeds, makhanas, date and oats in milk for 30 minutes/overnight.
• Add the nuts, milk mixture, and all the remaining ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
