Ramadan decorations go up around Masjid-al-Aqsa

Ramadan decorations have gone up around the precincts of Masjid-al-Aqsa ahead of the Holy Month of Ramadan next week. Colourful lanterns and ornate Ramadan decorations filled the streets of the Old City of Jerusalem (al-Quds) lifting the mood of worshippers who have endured much tension and aggression from Israeli forces. Thousands are expected to walk through the alleys of the Old Town to fill Al-Aqsa to capacity, especially for Taraweeh prayers.
