You just have to watch Mohammed Hijab’s debate (on YouTube) with the Islamophobe David Wood, to appreciate the quality of his discourse with him.”

“To put things into perspective, in the first decade of the 21st century, the world was watching as – what is known as the new age atheism – was spreading and taking over country after country and Christianity had basically succumbed to it and many scholars at the time felt that Islam was going to suffer the same fate and Allah (Subhana wat’aala), had chosen many scholars from around the world to stand up to respond to the atheistic objections, and two of these Ulama, Mohammed Hijab and Hamza Tzortzis, were from among those great Islamic scholars who basically changed the whole tide of the discourse in the sense that after the impact of their writing, their debating, they equipping young scholars in how to defend Islam, the landscape has changed to an extent where now the Islamic worldview is seen objectively in the world to be the strongest worldview.

“And this is down to a lot of the contributions they made in that they took on the leading atheists of the time, for example the famous and historic debate that Hamza Tzortzis had with one of the leading scientists of the world, Lawrence Krauss, who rationally proved that no matter what science does it can never undermine truth of Islam – that was a truly historic debate.

“And Mohammed Hijab defended Islam and Nabi (SAW) honour in an extremely famous debate with David Wood who used to curse and revile the Prophet (SAW) and that video has about 4-million views on Y-Tube, so these are extremely prolific and extremely famous people but at the same time they are on the ground, they are with the people, he is not your typical scholar who is into his books the whole day.”
