INGREDIENTS:
· 3 slices chicken fillets cubed
· 1 big onion grated or chopped fine
· 1 tspn aromat (or salt instead)
· 1 tspn green chilli and garlic paste
· 1 tspn lemon pepper
· 2 cups boiled spaghetti/noodles (washed and strained)
· 2 green chilies
· Chopped coriander
· 1 cup mixed veg
· 1 slice butter
METHOD:
1. Sauté onion in a slice of butter or oil with the green chilies till light and golden.
2. Add in chicken fillets and all spices. Allow to cook slightly, then add in the mixed vegetables.
3. Once the vegetables have cooked well, add in the boiled spaghetti.
4. Mix well and set aside. (Optional: You can add a white sauce at this stage if you prefer.)
WHITE SAUCE:
· 1 tblspn butter
· 1 tblspn flour
· 1 to 2 cups milk
· 1 tsp aromat
· Crackle of black pepper
· Half a cup of cheese
METHOD
1. Sauté butter and flour
2. Whisk in the milk to avoid lumps.
3. Continue stirring until the sauce thickens
4. Add in cheese and seasoning.
5. Pour the sauce into the spring roll filling and mix well.
6. Top with chopped coriander
7. Adjust spices as preferred.
Allow to cool completely before filling into Springroll sheets.
