Tropical Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 ½ cups frozen pineapple
- 2/3 cup canned coconut milk
- ½ cup orange juice
- 6 ice cubes
- Coconut flakes, for garnish (or to blend)
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender, breaking the banana into pieces. Blend until creamy and frothy. Splash more coconut milk/juice if necessary.
Taste and adjust flavours as desired. Serve immediately or store in a covered jar in the refrigerator for 2 days, shaking if the smoothie separates.
