INGREDIENTS: FOR SAUCE
1 cup fresh cream or yoghurt
100 ml lemon juice
300ml Supreme Prego
100ml Supreme Lemon & Garlic
100ml Supreme BBQ
METHOD:
Roast/cook chicken until done using (100ml) Prego sauce and spices of your choice.
Mix the above ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil; stir in a knob of butter and pour over the chicken.
